Sub division of land and records of rights thatis 7/12

my friend nazimhushen abdulquadir bubere and his brothers and relatives have purchased agrilcultural land near about five hectors and some gunthas in raigad district in view to devolepe farm with cultivation of mango trees and some others fruit trees and to enjoy it in vacation. the sale deed and all others thing is completed 2007, but now main problem is the entire 7/12 is in the name of all co purchasers, and talathi is refusing to divide 7/12 and prepare new 7/12 in the name of respective purchaser as per their share in that sale deed. every body has purchased land as per his financial ability

are the purchasers agriculturists ? in mahrashtra only if you are a agriculturist then only you can purchase agricultural land . contact a local lawyer

This is not a big problem. The join holding is required to be got partitioned in the court of Talathi. Only after the partition, separate 7/12 shall be prepared for each person.
