What value of non judicial stamp paper will be used for loan promissory note writing. I is it fixed or depends on amount?

The fees differ from state to state and leviable in accordance with the amount.

Generally, a Promissory note requires a Revenue Stamp of Rs.5.00. and as advised by expert Mr.Issac Gabriel ji the stamp duty varies from one State to another State.
