Slp condonation delay

Hi Experts,
Chances are there for the acceptance of condonance of delay petition for SLP with the main reason as High court petition was not intimated to the petitioner neither by court summon nor notice n police / app. Police was in favour of the opponent party. Hence this.
This reason will be accepted in supreme court for slp delay ?

No Sir. Its a query "whether this reason is valid to file the slp"?
If 100% NO, I will not proceed. Cause huge amount i am spending and finally if it is rejected with this reason, no point is applying.
As SLP is the final court for me.

Nothing can be advised with 100% surity without going through full case file.
Court condons delay if satisfied with the reasons of delay mentioned in condonation petition. Most of the court decisions/ proceedings are on line available, you should discuss with your lawyer regarding how delay can be condoned.
