Sharing ancestral property between father and sons

Sir,
I got a share of 6 acres of land as my share from my ancestral property. now if to partition it between my two sons, should we three have equal shares or is there any percentage basis in which we could share as per succession act.

Whether you have got your share after partition from other share holders in the ancestral property or the property is still joint ?

Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.
