Settlement is the act of adjusting or determining the dealings or disputes between persons without pursuing the matter through a trial. It is a conveyance deed. It passed the title right and interest immediately.

A Will deed is a testament by which any judicial person can appoint his own heir as per his own wish during his own life time till he dies. The title right and interest will be passed after death of testator.

Settlement Deed can be registered.
