Selling minor property

how will court monitor the spending of the money generated by selling the minor property with court permission.

should Guardian create FD on minor name and use only the interest generated by FD?

The court may issue direction how to spend the money. generally that amount will be under FD as you opined and only the interest payable on the FD will be used.

Court orders must be containing the purpose / procedure for spending the money. If not get direction from court.
