Research is the first step in the procedure to start a play school. This includes the research of your locality and the preschools existing in it. The types of curriculum and their information can help you finalize your curriculum. Similarly, the knowledge for licenses for opening playschool, daycare, nursery school, primary school is a must. You can also visit the municipal offices and education sectors.
Prepare a list of the eligibility of people and other assets required for the preschool. Start with your credentials and those of the staff members. Create checklists for various tasks, infrastructure items and so on. Also find out information about vendors and suppliers related to school equipments.
Work on the budget and finances for your school project and make arrangements for the same. Accordingly prepare a business plan and allocate the finances for each category. The Reason why I had taken interest in your Query is You should also Teach Morals in your Pre School apart from Other things which are mandatory and the Morals would Obviously be Registered in the Child's Mind Please.It is My Request.

Dear Mr. Ajit,
There is no regn. procedure for Proprietorship entity.
However, You can approach the local D.I. of Schools for obtaining the necessary permission to start the Pre- school.Prior to this you must have affiliated your institution with any Educational society for running pre-school/ Kinder garten courses.
Besides, being a sole proprietary entity, there is no need for separate PAN number as Income tax return has to be filed in the proprietor's PAN.
For Edn. institutions, state govt. often prescribes rules and guidelines for health & hygiene of students, school bus facility, admission & monthly fees etc. which may be adhered to.
