I rti to bhuj municipality for old map of city but they answer that it was seal by collector due to earthquake of 2001 so can't give information.so is seal document by collector can get under rti? What should do?

You file appeal from PIO's decision. and also write to collector of the district.

this reasons seems not attracting section 8 unless more facts are there leading to the sealing. You can proceed ahead.
