Respected Sir/Madam,
There is a property which is divided among 3 brothers out of which elder brother has expired. The second brother is sound. The younger brother is of unsound mind.
Unfortunately younger brother's wife and children(mental disorder) too are unsound mind.
The second brother is of opinion to register the whole property on his name.

Q) What are the steps/procedures to be taken to save younger brother's share on property ?

Q) Does Daughter in law(sound mind) is entitled for share in property ?

if property is already divided among 3 brothers how can it be registered in second brother name ? make application to court for being appointed as guardian of younger brother . enclose his medical certificates. daughter in law has no share in father in law properties
