Can a complainant file revision petition before high court in a 302 case, where the prosecution evidence has been closed deliberately..and there are more than 12-13 witnesses peding for examination...

Sir i need a SC JUDGMENT on this point urgently...

Yes, you can press into service revisional powers of the high court. Consult an advocate of your locality who will take care of everything.

You have such a right of filing Revision Petition, when such 12 -13 witnesses must be an eye-witness and their names must be in the Charge Sheet, as witnesses.

Yes you can proceed with a revision against the order of the lower court deciding to close the prosecution evidence when there are more witnesses to be examined, for citations you may have to look for yourself.
