Registration of property

I have a property in a building which is a Limited Company (not a cooperative society) which issues shares for the room occupied. The share is a title issued by the Company. Do have I to register it with the sub-registrar of assurances.

Dear successful, in this case, the title does not confer any right of ownership except licence for usage. Why do you think of registration?
