could you pls tell me the process of love marriages and what is required for do ...how much time is taken for this...if there is any possbiity pls tell me the where is the visakhapatnam register office is located for register marriage

Where are the bride and bride groom are from.If they are from Vizag it should be in Vizag office 30 days notice to be made in concerned Registrar Office and after 30 days during Registration 3 witnesses would be required.Your ID,Age and address proofs original would be required.Confirm with your Registrar Office.

Vague query. You can ask your elders / relatives / friends for process of marriage. search online regarding office of registrar.

You both have to file application for your marriage before the marriage officer, after 30 days if no objection is raised from both sides of parents /relatives then the marriage officer will solemnized the marriage, you have to bring your id proof, address proof, age proof, 3 witness for witnessing your marriage.
