Regarding pf

Sir,

I am Mr. Srinivas resident of Hyderabad
I worked in a fecility service in hyderabad branch for 11 months. After that I resigned my job. After 45 days I applied Pf at branch office,hyderabad. After 20 days the Head office sent my application back due to non-submission of AADhar Card. Then I submitted all documents again. I asked at branch office regarding status of PF. They said your form sent to head office Gurgoan.
now it is six months. past I written a letter to PF office Gurgoan. they replied Still they have not received the PF form, you enquire at your office.
I am not getting proper information from office. suggest me what to do?

Has the local office supplied the date of dispatch and delivery?

If company is not submitting claim then give complaint in writing the the RPFC Gurgaon seeking action against them and also enclose another claim form.

write back if problem doe snot solve.
