Sir, Please guide me-
What should we do, if after moving Misc app in Crl case no such dates has been listed after Apr,13 in The High Court? High court not listed case after that application/ around 3-4 months has passed?

But in this case, registry office of HC known to defendants. My husband know the Registrar of HC that's why the dates are not listed. In this situation what will we do?

I think you appear to suffer excessively because of your own imagination that just because the defendants know somebody in the HC Registry, they can stall the listing of the Misc. Application. NOTHING CAN BE FAR FROM TRUTH.
Most probably, the application is lying under some technical objection, which your Advocate is required to clear, before the same could be listed. Even the defects are supposed to be cleared within some time frame, otherwise fresh application needs to be filed.
Therefore, ask your lawyer to verify and take steps. In the alternative, if you know or have the diary number of having filed the Misc. Application, approach the Registry, and enquire about the status of the application. They will definitely provide the exact information.
