My married daughter purchased a flat after marriage out of her income from salary.now she wants to sell the flat for want of fund
Can I as a father purchase the flat?

you can purchase without attracting any problems from her in future provided you show the source of her funds and your funds and do the complete white transaction through bank payment. Write a para in sale deed about this so that you can defend in future
