My grandfather at 80 years was nearly blind due to cataract , his neighbour being doctor fraudulent ly obtained his signature on blank paper, which he used to make gpa and joint development agreement in his favour . Some of these paper were made be a lawyer who was not enrolled in maharastra bar council. At that time.What is the validity of such papers. Can you give me past judgement reference on such a situation.

If the GPA was made without the express knowledge and informed consent of your grandfather, the GPA could be cancelled.
