I filed section 9 of Hma act. in 2010 and the same decree was awarded in my favour.
In 2014 my husband file appeal in punjab and haryana high court.

My Query : Can i file section 24 application in said appeal for maintenance.

Appeal agaist order has tobe filed within 30 days. How appeal is admitted is doubtful.he must have filed some other suit

sir i file section 9 of hma act for restitution in 2010 an same decree was awarded in my favour in feb 2014 and he filed appeal in first weak of march.
