Police inspector harassing by calling us to police station

Sir,

Police inspector is calling us on phone to come and appear before him. We are scared. Now police telling that OP 1 filed complaint that I threatened him on phone. I have call recording and video recording.

Some suggest that consumer court has no power to punish OP 1 so go to normal court.

If go to normal court, which court to go? What should I mention in my complaint?

you have already been advised on earlier thread.

You say that you are not obeying the order because you are scared. In fact you are not scared about the police and that is the reason you do not care for such notices.

You are not advocate sir. I mean no disrespect. But your advice even road side fellow can give. That when police call I should go. But I have not done anything. So I dont want to go. What you are already is a unsolved query in expert section.

Then how do you think you will make the police to come around the conclusion that the complaint is false and should be closed.

Dear Guest If at all you are Really scared consult a Local Advocate and obtain an Anticipatory Bail. There it self you would know whether any Case is filed against you or not or only the complaint is pending. Accordingly you could proceed. Or else you need not go to Police Station and keep an local Advocate who could relieve you as and when any problem arises. Discuss with Local Advocate.
