In case of Divorce petition, can Respondent file application in CRPC, IPC and CPC related to offence committed by Petitioner.

Is applications maintainable under CrPC and CPC and articles of constitution having validity in family court.

For commissioner of criminal offences separate legal procedure is to be adopted in separate set of courts.
Consult with your lawyer.

Case / complaint / FIR can be filed if cause of action / crime occurred. Better take help of some local lawyer.

You can lodge a complaint against the petitioner before the jurisdictional police station for initiating necessary legal action on the grievances vented out by you. It will not be possible to combine criminal cases with civil cases and also not in the family court.
