(Querist) 02 February 2018 This query is : Resolved 
Mr. X, a partner of X & Co., Chartered Accountants died of a heart attack on 30.03.16 after
completing the entire routine audit work of T Ltd., Mr. Y one of the partners of the firm, therefore
signed the accounts of T Ltd. without reviewing the finalization work done by the assistants.

if only X and Y were the partners.
if X, Y and Z were the partners.
