THE RESPONDENT HAS BEEN EXPARTE INTENTIONALLY TO AVOIDE THE PROCEEDINGS.
Q1. PLAINTIFFS WANTS TO CALL FOR THE DEFENDANT FOR PROCEEDINGS AS WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED .IF ANY C.P.C SECTIONS OR ORDER AND RULE PLS PROVIDE SIR.
Q2.AS THE WHAT WAY WE HAVE TO BE PROCEED ALTERNATIVE SERVICE OF SUMMONS IS POSSIBLE IN THIS CASE?.

Is it not easier and better for Plaintiff (after serving summon)to obtain COURT ORDER IN HIS FAVOUR WITHOUT CONTESTING??

WHY HE WANT SOMEONE TO OPPOSE HIM; DELAY LEGAL PROCEEDING, AND INCREASE POSSIBILITIES TO LOOSE THE COURT CASE??

1. Did you seek any relief against the defendant who is being declared 'ex-parte'?
2. Once declared "ex-parte" by Court, substituted service (u/o V R20 CPC)shall not be allowed.
3. At the time of producing that (particular) document in evidence, you may issue notice (u/o XII R8 CPC) or apply to the court for issuance of summons of the witness.
