Perpetual interim order

When an employee of pus was removed from service he filed a petition in HC SINGLE JUDGE the judge issued. Interim order to restore his service. After some days this case was shifted division bench. IN the Division bench is it possible to change the order perpetual. Until the final judgement. The case is related to Andhrapradesh bifurcation issue. While the case is running in single judge bench writ proceeding rules amended to include disputes related to AP bifurcation issues to refer to Division bench

Generally, the interim or ad-interim order continues till the final disposal. It is unnecessary to make any extra effort. It may even boomerang.
