Facts of the case:
sir their is a lady who has trusted a man and the same man have breached the trust and with an intention to cheat. the lady who have completely poured her love for this man and the man he has cheated her by promising her that he will marry her. in fact he have married to the same lady but secretly. Now the question is before me is that the lady have approached me and narrated me the story that, the same man who married me secretly and now i am a mother one 1 1/2 years old baby girl. From pat two years i am living with my mother and my husband has not come to see our baby and even on my delivery. As he has promised me for that he will pay all the expenses, but did not kept his words as he has promised. Now i have come over to the place where he stays and tried to trace his house and office address, but both the address found wrong. Today he knows that i have returned back to Bangalore to find him and get my child's and my rights. this is the fact of the case. Sir now as advocate i am handling such case first time so I am requesting my senior advocates. In what way i should proceed?
1. Firstly i have registered a complaint against that fellow.
2. Tomorrow i am filing PCR against him
and

Proceed as planned.

u have stated that the guy had married ur client secretly and later after having child deserted her. If the marriage was valid even if it was secret, ur client should prefer action for maintenance for self and the child under personal law or under the provisions of CR PC. How PCR under Section 200 of IPC is relevant? Pl reconsider. Partition does not yield quick relief to ur client.

I too agree that you may proceed as per your proposed plans for legal action.
