Object on evidence filed by opponent party

(Querist) 05 July 2015 This query is : Resolved
I am the defendant and Plaintiff has filed(submitted) the evidence document to the court. My lawyer suggested that on some evidences point he will take an objection orally. I was not sure if we want to file a written application for those objections as well, to the court?

Can you please advise. Thank you.

What do you mean by "Plaintiff has filled the evidence"?

Vague query.
I can not presume the requirement, authenticity or evidentiary value of the document.
Consult your lawyer, s/he is well acquainted with the circumstances and documents produced by plaintiff.

Apologies if my query was ambiguous, what i intended to ask is that once Plaintiff submits the evidences to court, Defendant's laywer can object some of those evidences which seem irrelevant or incorrect. This can be done through oral objection in front of court or Defendant's lawyer can also submit a written objection on those evidences right? So which is a better thing to do, only oral objection during next hearing or also give those objection in written? This was my question.

During disclosure of evidence Plaintiff has to submit his deeds and documents relating to his case in the court. At the time of examination of Plaintiff by his Advocate those deeds and documents will be shown to the plaintiff for identification and recognition of contents to substantiate and to prove his allegations contained in the plaint. At the time of cross examination of the Plaintiff Defense Advocate by interrogation followed tactical method to challenge the validity and maintainbility of that deed or document and to disprove its relevancy to the case.
