Non occupancy charge for apartment registered under mofa act

(Querist) 27 July 2017 This query is : Resolved 
Ours Condominium in Pune is having 12 apatments. Would like to know about non occupancy charges applicable as per by-laws for our Apartment registered by builder under MOFA Act 1963 & Maharashtra Apartment Owners Association Act. Will it be at the same rate of 10% of Service charges as per Govt. Of Maharashtra's circular for Co-operative Hsg Society.

Thanks Hemant ji for sharing very informative link.
It means in case of apartment registered under MOFA Act also maxi allowed non occupancy charges would be 10% of service charges and we can register complaint if Managing Committee demands additional charges.
