Noc format for passport from my flat owner

Respected All,
I am going to make passport.nd for this i had already taken permission from my owner and society...i required NOC Format for Passport from my flat owner..i had searched it but cannot find the same.
plz help me for the same.

You would get such format from the passport office.

I don't think so that there is any requirment of Landlord's NOC for passport.

the contents would be identical with the format of society NBOC

how can he be a tenant . ? he would be a licensee if flat taken on leave and license
in said letter mention that as per society records MR is licensee as flat owner has given flat on leave and license by regd agreement dated ___
