Neighbor nuisance

(Querist) 20 April 2015 This query is : Resolved
in regards to a troubling neighbour of my aunt who have made her life miserable.

The said person resides on the ground floor of the house opposite to my aunt. The strucutre of the building is such that the window of the complainant and the neighbours door is opposite eachother. Due her erratic behaviour, the troublesome lady in not is speaking terms with most of the people.

The main reason for this draft is, we need advise as the Troublesome lady is habitual on using insecticide namely (HIT- mosquito repelent ) near my aunts window with the intent to suffocate us. when asked about the act the lady said she doing to repel insects.

My aunt is a Tutor by profession, she has children of different age brackets visiting her place for tution during the entire day. There have been incidents that the lady has even sprayed the insectide on the children. The issue has also been addressed to neighbours husband but in vain. We even warned her that we would lodge a formal Police complaint if the same was not stopped, thus further aggrevating the situation. Now the neighbour uses the spray the entire day after certain intervals of time (especially when the children come to tution).

The most vital point of concern is that due to such an inhumane act of the lady ,the children are terified to come to tuitions ,and am afraid that it vll affect their health.

Kindly advise what to do

Using HIT in ones own home is not a crime. It is not a banned item to use.

Try to have some practical solution based on the situation. It seems the lady is egoistic and may be doing so to attract attention of others or to tease the neighbors with whom she is not having nice relation.

Thnks for the reply but need a fix resolution for this

@ajay -how many day she have to keep the window close as this is hapening on daily basis

@rajendra-i accept using it on own house is not crime but i guess spraying on others window seems to be wrong....spraying on children is justified??

This being a trivial misconduct, police may not take action. Neighborhood pressure on the lady may be tried. No legal solution at this stage.

Vague and fabricated academic query!

If not, your aunt must be keeping her house filthy to become a breeding place for mosquitos or the tuition taking children might have become the cause nuissance by making loud noices in the area.

Your aunt may better reimburse the cost of mosquito repellant, as the lady seems to be repelling mosquitos of your aunt's house also. However, if your aunt and the tuition taking children are so terrified, why she keeps the window open?

Further, your statement clearly makes your story, as fabricated, when you say, "the neighbour uses the spray the ENTIRE DAY," as that indicates, as if the neighboring woman has no other work to do at her home, except to spray the "HIT" entire day long. GOOD JOKE.

Expert Mr. Dhingra has very rightly observed that the query is of academic nature deserving no reply from experts.
