Need advice

Dear Sir

My grand father opted a property as tenant in somewhere in 1972 in from 1989 landlord not coming to collect the rent.

my grand father filled a case against him for not coming to collect the rent but no one came and a decree has been granted in favor of my grand father as permanent injection.

some time back my grand father expired now what should we do?

now it is come to know two local dealer has registered two separate sale deed and R deed on behalf of forge document and trying to grab the property by taking loan against property or else.

need advice if being a legal heir of my grand pa can i challenge them and what remedial action should i take to keep my possession safe.

Why should you challenge? Let them approach the Court.

Discuss with the local lawyer and show him the copy of sale deeds and other related documents including court orders on your previous case.

Thanks for your valuable advice.

i have approached a lawyer but he told that a tenant don't have a right to challenge.

Second some one told me that they can grab the possession by setting with local SDM and police.

Plz plz advice.

A tenant cannot challenge but can resist unlawful eviction.

Should i lodge a FIR against them or may i file any suit for deceleration or any thing else?

Last How can i stop them if they try to opt a lone against property?

No Sir there is nothing to hide.

The thing is i am in touch with a lawyer regarding the above mentioned case and he is very kind and helping me as free ( i am not financial sound) but the problem is from last few weeks he is too busy with their work and unable consider my case deeply so i am just trying to collect the information as much as possible.

Further the dealer who prepared the document always approach me in directly to create pressure to vacate the premise some time they offer me some amount/ some time by indirect threatening and so on.

That is way i am anxious so plz advice me the ways, I can safe me my family and possession.

First Identify your actual Owner and Discuss with them.

actual owner or their legal hires are not traceable as per information they got settled abroad long back.

In that case File a Police Complaint regarding Illegal Attempts with the Help of Local Good Advocate.Also Pay the Relevant Taxes up to date and Keep the Receipts.Do Not get afraid of any threats and If required make a News Paper Publishing regarding Threats in Detail.Consult A Local Good Advocate.
