Next Hearing Date : 05-10-2016

Sir Kindly say me what does this mean ... Im the petioner .. i met with an accident last year and filled this case for a claim for my injuries and the case is Mpoc..

Though you might have asked this to your lawyer but even then......

It means the cross-examination of respondent no. 2 shall take place on 05.10.2016 and if he do not appear on the next date of hearing, no further chance shall be given.

Thanks sir ... Repondent 2 means is this the other side person whom i have put the case or its me sir ... sorry to ask this question sir because my lawer is taking this case very long and no response from him on contact since he is now in trip to singapore and will come by 1st october ... im very worried what i should do and so asked this sir ..

Other side if you have filed the case.

Legal cases / litigation is time and cost consuming, you have to have patience and should have faith in your lawyer.

Your case is fixed for 05.10.2016 and your lawyer shall return on 01.10.2016 and entire proceeding has to be done only by your lawyer then why are you so worried?
