Mentally harassed by relative

Respected sir kindly provide me legal help .i am providing u details of my friend who is from mumbai his name is ketan
details provided are word by word true ketan is very depressed and doesn't know what to do .ketan have very bad financial problems past few years his dad is retired and mother is a house wife he is elder son from sons and due to financial problem he started to look for work without investment and all but since on one was earning and due to various problem he needed to take money from people and he was cheated by many people so that added to his problems recently one of his uncle is his major problem his uncle had given him approx 60,000 that to in parts that too knowing that ketan does not works he is student his uncle did't even informed or asked his parents before or after giving money . ketan have returned say abt 50,000+rs in parts to uncle when ever he asked for money .now i want to say something abt his this uncle he works in government had before meeting ketan he have taken many loans from various people and even he is in financial crises but few months back his dad had cleared all his loan but within few days he again took loan .i told this to only clear that whn uncle's dad cleared uncles loan that amount also included ketan amount what uncle says he had taken from some body else and given keta .so as i said ketan has given approx 50 now his uncle is saying that 50 which k had given was only interest's interest and now ketan needs to give him 1,50,000 and he say ketan should sell off their car or take loan from anybody but give him his money .his uncle calls him many times in days keeps calling continuously since he gave money he keeps on calling telling that his kids are hungry they don't have food they have stop going school give money and many more thing his uncle 3 days back told that no need to worry i have got money from some one but need to show my parents that u are giving me money so make chq and give me and he tortured me like hell that finally i made a chq of amt he asked for he told me this only for showing his parents .kindly help should he file a police complaint .k has told if u say this is final amt he will pay uncle but right now its not possible since he don't have money to pay such amt so in near future he said he will clear this debt but he is not ready his uncle is threatening k to involve his parent and giving him many threats in shot his uncle have nothing in writing that he have given what amount at what rate and at what date .his uncle has played with his mind and taken a chq for his benefit.and since k is mentally disturbed he gave it to him what can ketan do now can he fil;e a police complaint regarding mentally harassment and fraud a he manipulated his mind and got a cheque kindly help asap . and in advance thanks for your valuable time and advice

sir this sound imaginary but the person who is facing this situation is really in bad condition.
sir please tell me can this person file a police case as he is harassed by calls receiving more than 50 calls that includes night time as well .he only want that he gets time to arrange money and he need a break from mental pressure as he cannot say any thing wrong to his uncle but a same time things are getting out of his control .he has explained his uncle every thing but he just don't understand keeps calling.actually he wants to make a police complaint but i said him abt this site and how helpful it is ;so i and he are much dependent on your advice
