Mujhe ek rat aane ghr aane m der ho gyi to main apne fend ko sath m le k ghr aane lga
Or raste me ek ghr k piche se gujrna pdta h to us din us pdosi ne drink kr rkhi thi ..or hme chor kehne LGA..subh uth k sare village m SB ko ikttha krne LGA k ye chori kr rhe the..village m SBI mere nature ko jante h isliye koi ni aaya or use daant diya..
But Sir mujhe bohut tees hua..or usne aisa kha k m tumhe bdnaam krunga or Teri pdhayi Jo ki h use vest krunga ..
Jabki hmne koi. Chori ni ki h ..to kya us PR Maan haani ka case kiya ja skta h?

criminal lisbiality of intoxicated person is can be fastened only if it is proved that he got intoxicated only to pick up courage for this crime.
Given material does not indicate that he got drunk only to insult you.
Even draunkards have a right to defend property (self/others) against the person whom (though mistakenly) he believed at that time as thieves.

But sudhir sir .there is a problem ..usne next early morning village k har ek ghar me ja kar mera naam liya ..k sunil and a person with him ...then now what will I do sir ...bs mujhe ye darr h k khin jhooth m hi WO kisi ko paise ka lalch de k mere khilaf as a witness na khda kr de .becoz hi is our family..tbhi WO mujhe bdnaam krna chahta h ..or mujhe shk h k is bar use roka na gya to WO dobara aisa kuch kr skta h .ab main kya kr skta hu sir...
