Live in relation with another girl before divorce

I got married 3 yrs. back and now with one child[1 yr.son].In view of mis- understanding with me, my wife left me along with child and now staying in her parents home for the past one year.Myself and with my parents went to her home to call her back to live with me but she refused to come back. Thus 3 times we went to her home to call her but again she refused. Finally she and her parents say that she will never come to live with me and plan to go for divorce. But they never say this plan clearly.I am software engineer and earning Rs.70,000/ per month.My parents and myself also want to get divorce from her by mutual consent divorce if they accept to do so and I wish to give the alimony totally once for all.Now my question is how much total amount I have to give to her based on my salary both for my wife and for child support once for all settlement.Please advice me what to do at this stage.Further, if my wife not accepted the mutual divorce and want to punish me.So I wish to live in relation with another girl pending getting divorce from my wife.I know this is illeagal and subject to police action.Now I say that my parents are old and I engage the said another girl as maid servant for cooking purpose for my parents and I live with my parents and live in relation with that girl. Please tell me whther this will be no proof for police action.

Misunderstanding with each other,wife living in her parents home along with child,UR parents also insist on divorce(only to get U married again for the sake of dowry),she is not willing for MCD,U are eager to have live in relationship with a girl.Very good.

Misunderstandings if minor can be repaired.
Parents insisting on divorce,it is for U to decide but not UR parents.
She is not willing for MCD,she is right,if she opts for MCD,how can she file criminal cases against U if U indulge in adultery.

Mr.Sainath Devalla sir, I have already handed over all the jewellaries of my wife to her parents with list duly signed by her father.I and my parents never like dowery.we liked to have good girl only without any dowery or jewelleries and only with kindness and true love with me. Further we don't like to separate the child from my wife and let her live with the child as per her wish. Further I am io inform that right from birth of the child, she is in her home and never wish to come to me. Also I and my wife lived separately in separate house and my parents in native city.Occasionally, my parents come to see me. So we have no attachment or love devoloped with the child.So we decided to leave the child with wife after diverce and want to get out of her once for all. Further I tell every decision purely by me only and I will talk with my parents about my future.
