Has Mr. Kumar Doab, a fake expert, sent some very secret code separately to the querist, by not posting in reply here?
Kumar Doab (Expert) 22 January 2018
Without any hesitation discuss in person with a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Service matters and having a successful track record......

It all depends on the nature of your case, rather than A for Apple, B for Boy etc..

@ Kumar Doab,
When you have already sent the links to the querist, why did not you tell him the formula how to find "a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Service matters and having a successful track record" to discuss in person

A matter of commonsense for you, had he been able to find any such counsel of unshakable repute, he would not have come here to confront only with your vague, irrelevant, unreliable and shaky posts.

By the way, through your private message sending him links, have you intimated him that you are only a fake expert and appear on the scene only to play a number game to add scores to your credit as of your undying habit.?

As per my view there is no limitation for writ. However there should be strong grounds and there should not be any undesirable delay.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 23 January 2018
You have not at all stated what the matter is.

However I can only partially disagree with the views that there is no limitation.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 23 January 2018
Further,

Service matters cannot be entrusted to local lawyers.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 23 January 2018
Service matters or Labor matters and for that matter any matter is to be entrusted to LOCAL counsels...................and can be entrusted to LOCAL counsels as already posted...

Vague question paper has been set by the examiner without providing any information, nothing can be presumed or predicted for such an academic question.

Although there is "NO" limit to move in a writ petition but it has to be moved within a "reasonable" time, which differs from case to case.
Guest (Expert) 24 January 2018
No response is justified without background of the case.

@ Kumar Doa, a fake expert,

Kumar Doab is welcome with his intense irritation and utter frustration. His posts very well demonstrates the state of his disturbed mind.

But when law is beyond your understanding, why do you indulge in to making vague and irrelevant posts.
