Licence for Manufacturing

I need an expert advice on the following :-
If Indian Company doesnot have its iown manufacturing unit and it buys unlabeled garments from a supplier company in india and sell them in domestic market in India under its own brand name , does this Company then becomes a manufacturer indirectly?
Does this Company need to obtain any other licence for manufacturing or just Trade licence will suffice?
Please advise.

In the circumstances stated by you ur company cannot be regarded s manufacturing company. Yours will be trading company with a separate brand name.No need to have manufacturing license.
