Judge on leave

I have 138 complaint , but many times on the date judge is absent so case is lingered on for more than 1 year. What remedies are available for speedy disposal of the case. Some times court staff gives date of 2 to 3 months. Is there standard rules for date fixing. Please help how to get justice .

No fixed standard rule. All depends upon the volume of work of pending cases, urgency and importance of of cases.

Legal procedure is time and cost consuming, procedure / circumstances has to be followed / faced till changed.

I don't know from where you are located at least in our state sub-rule states when Judge is absent , charge is given to other Judge.

Now after some time like after noon 2.30 or 2.45 Court staff takes some imp. brief and go to in charge court and place the matter in front of it.

If In charge court Judge feel the order is simple he immedately makes order or difficulties is placed in front of in - charge judge that last 10 dates judge was absent and please you may pass order he may consider it .

How much in charge court will entertain you depends upon case to case , and interpretation of Hon. Judge here please don't argue with Judge accept his decision.

If court staff knows when your judge is absent or he may go on leave that time in charge judge may give oral direction that keep his date with regular judge when he is not going on leave , so this way too the matter can be solved.

Whole thing is required to be done diplomatically and don't make any one angry including court staff who carries brief and in charge court judge
