kavksatyanarayana (Expert) 22 March 2017
In which state he worked? one of the legal heir who is eligible shall apply for suitable job within one year from the date of the death of the employee/teacher. then the concerned Dept. will consider the same within two years from the date of the death of the employee/teacher. now the period is lapsed.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate Online (Expert) 23 March 2017
Not even worth the cost of stationary and postage you may be wasting.

Your claim is hopeless time barred. 1/5 of century has passed. In all probability you may now be thinking after being overage of govt job.

further in this case as you said job was offered but refused by your mother. so there is no case.

Probably you mean that the compassionate employment scheme has some such provision.

Download the compassionate employment scheme/rules/notifications and submit application under proper acknowledgment.

I agree with the experts.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 23 March 2017
May Proceed as advised by the expert Kumar Doab.
Guest (Expert) 23 March 2017
You are not eligible, as the scheme is not open for indefinite period. So, no use of striking your head to search and download scheme of Compassionate appointment, as advised by Kumar Doab merely on hit & trial method and endorsed by Rajendra K Goyal with no legal base of their advice.

On the contrary, Mr. Sudhir Kumar has rightly advised you.

However, for test sake, you can still try your luck that has already vanished long back.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate Online (Expert) 24 March 2017
I am mostly privileged to agree with Mr Kumar Doab and Mr RK Goyal.

However in this case I reiterate that the project is not worth the cost of stationary and postage.

You may expect to get the job only if a group of officers in the deptt are willing to lose their own well earned job.

Even considering you at this stage (after refusal of your mother long back) will be a great irregularity)

Mr. Sudhir Kumar,

Now you seem to have posted a riddle that contradicts even your own replies! On one hand you have stated, you are "mostly privileged to agree with Mr Kumar Doab and Mr RK Goyal," and on the other you have stated, "You may expect to get the job only if a group of officers in the deptt are willing to lose their own well earned job." ......... "Even considering you at this stage (after refusal of your mother long back) will be a great irregularity)" Even earlier you stated, "Your claim is hopeless time barred. 1/5 of century has passed."

When you agree with Mr. Kumar Doab and Mr RK Goyal, why can't the querist get job on compassionate ground, when Mr. Doab has very clearly advised him to "SUBMIT application under proper acknowledgment," after downloading the compassionate employment scheme/rules/notifications, AS IF THE QUERIST IS ELIGIBLE for the job.

I am unable to understand, with what object you preferred to confuse the querist with your contradictory reply?
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate Online (Expert) 24 March 2017
In this thread I am not agreeing with Mr Kumar Doab or Mr RK Goyal.

This does not dilute my regards for them
Kumar Doab (Expert) 24 March 2017
First thing First: Download the compassionate employment scheme/rules/notifications and submit application under proper acknowledgment, without any delay.

Kumar Doab (Expert) 24 March 2017
Thanks for agreeing Mr. Rajendra K Goyal.
Guest (Expert) 24 March 2017
Mr. Sudhir,

As you said, "This does not dilute my regards for them," it seems as of regards only you have made a statement, "I am mostly privileged to agree with Mr Kumar Doab and Mr RK Goyal."

Anyway, nice way of showing regards by agreeing and not agreeing, both, at the same time!
Kumar Doab (Expert) 24 March 2017
Sudhirji,

Your post likewise does not dilute my regards for you.

Reciprocal regards to you.

In this thread I have already posted what I felt should be done by author.

@Mr PS Dhingra
@Mr Kumar Doab.

I am not going to participate in any debate with any of you.

You may carry on with each other if you so desire.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 24 March 2017
@ Mr. Sudhir Kumar,

I have not entered into any debate with you.

I have not entered into any debate at all in this thread.

Dear LCI author @ Mr. venkatesh reddy

You have posted that:

"i had completed my graduation in the year 2017"

Submit application under proper acknowledgment, without any delay.

If you are facing any difficulty seek help, support, guidance from colleagues of your father, employee's unions leaders, very able counsel specializing in Labor/service matters at your location.

Guest (Expert) 24 March 2017
Mr. Sudhir,

Nice plea! When you don't find any answer to your own contradictions, you try to conclude with the plea, "I am not going to participate in any debate with any of you."

Nobody forbids you to respect both the guys, but what about blind folded respect out of some jealousy that puts your own image at stake?

In fact, I endorsed your own opinion to be correct, but just for their respect, you preferred to falsify your own right opinion. What sort of sentiment of respect was that and for what aim?

Guest (Expert) 24 March 2017
Mr. Doab has repeated his vague advice, rather in enhanced form, i.e., "Submit application under proper acknowledgment, without any delay." ...... "If you are facing any difficulty seek help, support, guidance from colleagues of your father, employee's unions leaders, very able counsel specializing in Labor/service matters at your location," AS IF COLLEAGUES OF YOUR FATHER AND UNION LEADER WOULD GET THE EMPLOYMENT RULES CHANGED.

Anyway, best of luck! You must try and report result of your ultimate fatigue and frustration to him that you get by diverting your time and resources from making search of some right & good job in time. In fact, with his false identity, he is in the habit of profusely misleading in most cases on the pretension of advice.
