Is there need to provide heading for a letter? Memo I have given in consumer forum. But Memo word was missed out. It has the contents, verification, and also gave one affidavit for the letter that I gave.

Is it correct?

Thank you for replying.
I gave memo sir. But I forgot to type memo as heading. in the fora, president asked what is this, is this a letter or a memo. I told memo.

Putting no heading will cause any trouble?
