After the application in the police i requested the police take the mobile location but he dident done and told to put in the jail. for saving my life and job agreed for MCD. Now i want justice and i dont favour divorce. Can i find justice?

You have not clarified whether any case was filed and if filed, whether cases were withdrawn. Whether any consent term was added in the MCD petition.
As advised, abstain from consenting in second motion, discuss with your lawyer.

Rajendra Sir,
My wife took the jewllery and some cash amount to her home. When inquired her told will come soon but she didn't came and give an application to police But not FIR. My job location is 700KM from her parental house so i can not attain court. they forced to MCD and settled after paying additional money with MCD only not registered till now only purchased by the authorized vendor and written. Now i am calling them through legal notice but they are not coming. I have applied for divorce and court send the summon.
But i am sure they will not come.
in this situation:
1.how i can save my marriage?
2.Can i tell every thing to judge that this is against my will and done force fully.
3. Can i get the chance for remediation?

Wife can take her stridhan with her, you have no claim.
If you understand the situation, it was wise to agree for MCD, it can save you from litigation, cost, time and other troubles. In such situation when marriage can not be continued, MCD is better option.
MCD has to be filed in court and both parties has to appear and give consent in first and second motion.

Dear Rajendra Sir,
My Wife has taken all the jewllary and mony in my absence.If she have any problem she can register the FIR. But after taking the jewellary she went to her home and given an application against me and my family for Dowary and family voilance while she was living with me in delhi. I told the SHO take the mobile details because she went on 17the Aug, 2015 but they have mentioned for that on 11th Sept 2015 in that application.
1. Why the Police and Layers are also promoting the fake dowary and voilence case, while she was not with my family?
2. Can Court conduct remediation because she still loves me and send emotional pic to me. Her father became greedy of jewllery and money so he is not allowing to chat with me?
3. Can court allow to take the mobile details of June 2015 to till date?
4. A chance for remediation cam clear that she loves me or not and this is done by her forcefully or she has done it?

Every one want to proceed as per provisions of law, your wife / her family wanted, they suggested the ways. Facts were given by your wife / her family members. Now it is your turn to defend yourself.

Discuss with your lawyer. If she loves you, contact her through some of her college friend / relative / society effective people and ask her to join you and take back all cases. Amicable settlement is always better.
