yes father had made all his property. by birth he didnot got anything. My father is paying tax in huf heading. He (bro) had not showed me any paper by orally he saying saying all this. He said that its under huf heading so it will go to only olest male male son in family and u will not get any share in it and u married also.And father had made him nominee also. i also want to ask what means nominee. If he is nominee then i will not get share. if suppose he is nominee on fds then he will get all this amt no share in that also. i none more sis also.

The nominee is just a trust on behalf of the estate left by the deceased for the benefit of his heirs. Let your uncle tell anything, if you know the details of FD and the bank, write to Bank directly seeking the FD amount and instruct the bank to not to disburse the same to the nominee since it is likely that the nominee will not disburse the amount to the legal heirs of the deceased. you can send a legal notice to this effect, moreover, your father's self acquired property cannot include members from outside the family as HUF members, the members will be within his own family, your uncle will be an outsider to this HUF, if he is in possession of the property, you may issue him a legal notice to handover the same to the legal heirs of your deceased father immediately failing which you can file a mandatory injunction suit against him and restore the possession of property. Consult a local lawyer and get the things set out properly.
