My husband has filled rcr and i have filled divorce asking permanent alimony..after counselling he comes out and speaks very rude to me...he says to withdraw my divorce petition what i have filled.even he is not interested but for the court to b good he filled rcr..he is saying me to file section 13b for mutual .but he wont give permanent alimony also..but he needs divorce.

You have been asking same question again and again, you both want divorce but he's not ready for paying any permanent alimony to you which you want by all means.
In such circumstance you both have to workout this issue mutually and amicably otherwise many years will pass and you both remain standing in square #1 taking you both no where.
To get something you have to sacrifice something that's the golden rule.

You can benefit from responses in all threads initiated by you.
If possible settle by amicable and reasonable terms.
Or let court decide per facts and merits of case and one fine day court shall decide the matter.

1. What is the opinion/advise of your lawyer ?
2. Have you lost faith in your Counsel and seeking obligation from experts, except the fact it is available FREE OF COST ? It would be better to consult and engage some other local prudent lawyer to guide and proceed.
3. Why do you post same story time and again, when it is already responded and obliged by experts, it is absurd, ridiculous and stupidity to repeat the query.

I promote the advice of Shri Prassanna Advocate. You may follow that.
