Dear Sir, if dowry case is filed against a person and he wants to apply in Govt. Job or want to join in Govt. Job then he can apply or join the Govt. Job?

author, before joining the government job, no case is filed against a person. if a case filed against a person other than civil matters he is not eligible for appointment in any government.

question is infrastructure. Dowry case itself means filing of FIR in a thana so how it can be a civil case.

Some person may advise you that it is family matter. It is family matter till does not come to Police.
