How to know if a residential property is free hold or not ? Which document makes it freehold ?

Title deed or Sale deed of the immovable property will identify the real status of the property.
Free hold property can be sold by sale deed that is registered with the sub-registrar.
The property which is on lease cannot be sold by the lessee as he has right to hold and use it only and not sell hence it is not free hold property.
