Forgery agreement

Hi,
My plot of land in naladoparra only available sales agreement along with ghat patients regarding, regularly paying property tax, electricity meter
Can u confirm?
Is there is sufficient proof our some other proof require?
And also confirm how I will registered agreement with stamp duty?
Confirm jeopardy part should I pay stamp duty for Registration?

Whether any registered sale agreement exist?

Show all documents to local lawyer and discuss.

Apparently there is only a sale agreement and it is not registered.



Surprisingly the property tax is being paid by prospective buyer, and electricity meter is in the name of prospective buyer.



It is not clear that what is the time to register the sale deed mentioned in agreement to sell?


Without seller it may not be possible to register the agreement.

Since2002 I have purchased plot of land the builder has given sale agreement(notarized) I have take ghar patti and electricity meter and regularly paying property tax. Only this document available at me.
1st case (questions) is there any proof or activity require to be completions of documents

2nd case is
2006 one person has making duplicate (agreement of sale) wrongly taken signature of my mother when my mother want to transfer 50% property to his son,
Mean he is making 2agreement and one his name one mother brother taken signature on both document at same time
After some time he came he called. You mother told u have sold me this ghar to me
My family log shocked immediately complaints in police stn, mantralay,
Police is not taking any action angst him only creating time waste.
There after since 2006 to 2016 lodged many complain when angst him because they sending fund log, I am told him go to the court but he is not going to court and police sun only sending fund log.

Gunde log after again problem when they not recover then guilty person again create sale agreement to other person name ka and told him to recover this property. I don't know this guy, this guy gav vala of guilty person this guy is news channel staff, sending Gunde again I have logged complain angst this guy's but same problem police say they create waste of time my and not taking action angst him.

All my lawyer club of India friend give best to best- solutions because I am true and my mother uneducated. Please help this case, if u tell right thing then it will prevent fraud person

Nalasopara is a suburb of Mumbai. It appears that you or your mother do not have clear title to property. No definite suggestions is possible unless the documents are seen and factual situation understood.
