Evacuee property

we had our ancestral land in our village.
on 7/12 Extract now at this time Ownership Column land owner is Mosque.
we have mutwalli of mosque.
But other Rights is other person name in column. We revealed the depth of the investigation,
which Land was declared Evacuee Property By the order of the District Collector.

And nothing in it was no hearing, Notification(News paper),Notice,etc.,
When none of our family never went out of the country.

Later the property was sold by order of the collector by the cell certificate.

The Land of the mosque evacuee property, how can it be?
The last thirty years orbiting our Uncle court but did not get anything yet.

What can we do now?
Please advice me.

what were you doing for 30 years ? if the land belonging to mosque has been declared as evacuee property the impiugned order has to be challneged by you .

if subseqnetly land was sold by collector orders that order has also to be challenged .

contact a local lawyer . but please note that you will have to explain the delay of 30 years in challneging the orders of collector .

Wihtout going through your documents especially the proceedings of the court, nothing concrete can be advised to you so better to have services of any competent lawyer in this regard.

we have advised you to contact a local lawyer show him the orders passed by district collector , explain the reasons for delay in challenging order . for citation visit indian kanoon webiste

Muntakhab is very important document in your hand which shall lead in tracing all other relevant record of the suit property so better to have the services of any local lawyer dealing in civil matters.
