Documents required for membership in society in case of gift deed

Kindly guide,
My parents have transferred their flat in my name by registering a gift deed.On the society nomination form I am already a nominee.
For registering my name as a new member with the society, what are the documents, which need to be submitted along with the application.
I have already submitted an application addressing to the secretary, along with a photo copy of the indexII and the share and nomination certificate. Is this enough.

enclose copy of the gift deed to secretary .on basis of gift deed flat would be transferred in your name .

Application on prescribed form (if any), copy of gift deed, original share certificate and any other formal document required by the society.

why complete set of gift deed, when copies of Index II are attached, I am already a nominee for the shares in the society.
I have attached the copy of nomination form also along with the application.

society will not transfer flat in absence of gift deed . it is required for society record . nominee is only a trustee for all legal heirs . mere attachment of nomination form will not help you

Sir, What is the entrance fee I should be paying in the society for this registration in this case, as being a the son of the donor and also a nominee.
Is that Rs.100 or Rs.500 or something else....please let me know the exact fees as per the Bye Laws....
