Divorce file - sent notice

Dear Sir,
I am already received the Divorce Application notice from Pune court before -Last week via Post.
but today also from Mumbai court one person come to my home & same notice handover to me & told you need to go on pune on hearing.
So is that proccoger to send Divorce notice . Can court twice send a Notice.
Please advice.

but my advocate told me -you not come on first date .. we put on first date Vakalatnama .. and told court to we want to transfer the file on mumbai city .
So is thant ok .. i am not go to first date . i am sing Vakalatnama .

That is your choice; if you wish to file a transfer case, you can do so.
The court has sent two notices as would have been requested by the petitioner.

you can be represented by your lawyer on first date . you will have to move bombay HC for transfer of case

Thanks for advice .
Also Sir,When i transfer the file High Court. following point i want to mention my application .
1.My husband not residence in his native place.
2.He always out of country for job purpose.
3.My parents are leaving in Mumbai city. & now i am leaving with him.
4.My DV - is going on Mumbai court.
5.I am born & bout-up Mumbai city.
6.I thought - In pune court my husband try to me any type of damages. he was a very angry.
7.My traveling problem.
8.My health is not well .doctor treatment is start .
This is all true reason ..so can possible high court transfer the case in my place.

yes HC will transfer divorce petition to bombay family court

Both courts Mumbai and Pune are in the same state, High court would allow to transfer of the case at Mumbai.

Genarally courts are lenient to transfer the case in favor of women.
