Divorce

dear sir, i have file a divorce in MAY 2013 on cruelty and dissertion base. matter has not come up on board. issue has been given. can anybody suggest advice to go ahead as opposite party does not want divorce.? i have one son of 10 years living with me. we are separated for more than 3 years.

You prove your allegation, Whether opposite party has filed objections to your petition? if filed then proceed with your case by leading your evidence.

it is immaterial that opposite party doesn't want divorce,material thing is that you have to prove your case by cogent evidence.
