You are entitled to get your share in the property.

Also, there is a fair chance that you can succeed in getting the entire property if it could be proved that it was purchased by your funds without any contribution from the mother or the family.

The share of your mother would go to all her legal heirs while you have right on your share.

Thanks,

Last question the document related to property like sale deed, power of attorney is not registered. Will it will work?

If yes then ok, if no then kindly suggest any other option. We do not have any Will prepared by mother.
