Hello Experts,

Convicted by high court under section 420IPC,120-BIPC,13(2)PC Act-RI for 3 years,missed the opportunity of bail from high court and unintentionally lodged SLP Criminal to The Supreme Court of India that has been rejected aswell.

Please suggest a the way forward.

what do you mean by "unintentionally lodged SLP "

where are you now in jail or outside.

What is the advise of your lawyer? Once SLP is dismissed, what is left over i.e. High Court order attained finality.

We are thinking to go to Supreme Court, but currently waiting for a judgement of person involved in same case with same sections and 4 years RI.

Is there any other provision other than Review Petition, if SLP that is been dismissed is already double benched?
