I am outstation from where suit is filed.
Since Dec 2015 my lawyer is threatening me that plaintiffs have filed contempt application and he has to file the reply and that I should immediately meet him personally . Sensing some foul play I never met him personally. It has been more than 6 months now I have not received any notice from court. Lawyer maintains that matter is serious I may be jailed or my property be attached. He says that cade status website are mixed up. Web site shows " plaintiff's evidence and next date since last three hearings.
According to him injuction was granted on suit plot and my late POA was informed and that I have committed a breach. He is not sending me copy of injunction order but he sent me concocted papers of contempt application by Plaintiff.
1. I am scared of going against lawyer.
2. On health grounds and sensing that lawyer is lying I have avoided going personally.

Trust is most important factor between you and your lawyer. If your lawyer want you should visit / attend.
If you are sure, your lawyer is not cooperating / telling a lie, change your lawyer in your interest and in the interest of your case.

Dear Sirs
Thanks. Allow me to add I did not comply with my lawyers request for personal meeting only after making sure that copies of contempt application by Plaintiff's mailed to me were fabricated. Also he is named as lawyer for one of the Plaintiffs! which I came to know much later as my late POA was looking after the matter.
He is also named lawyer for my late POA who is second defendant.
Anyway thanks all.
